Thai Spicy & Sour Cold Noodles
Imagine you’re a salesman running under the sizzling sun in the summer. Exhausted and sweaty, you visit a Thai restaurant during your break time and order sweet, sour, and spicy cold noodles. As you taste the dish, you can’t help but express your delight that the dish in your presence is to your relief as nostalgia is to your memory.
It’s been so long, my friend. How have you been?
Ingredients:
2 handful of Wu Mu Kan-to Noodles
200g chicken breast
2 tsp peanut
50 g cherry tomatoes
A handful of cilantro
Seasonings:
2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce for chicken
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. fish sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Gather all the ingredients.

2. Steam the chicken with ginger and cook wine. As the cooked chicken cools down, tear it into shreds. Cut the tomatoes in half.

3. Mix all the seasonings.

4. Follow the instructions on the package and cook Wu Mu Kan-to noodles. When the noodles are done, dry them and put them in cold water.

5. Combine all the ingredients and the dish is complete.
