Ivan, the founder of THAIGER, is a chef quietly devoting himself to gastronomy. He prefers actions to words and always fully concentrates when cooking. To him, his passion for cooking is like the flame tattoo on his left arm, vibrantly burning.
Ivan excels at French cuisine and has work experience in multiple five-star hotels. 7 years ago, to improve his cooking skills, he went to Bangkok, the city of gastronomy, for further training. With his active participation in contests and exchange events, his dishes have been ascended to a higher level. In 2018, Ivan won a bronze medal, several honorable mentions, and other awards by his impressively creative works.
In 2020, Ivan established his own studio in Bangkok: THAIGER FOOD. He wishes to create fusion of French delicacy, Thailand’s art of spices, and, eventually, Taiwan’s cultural legacy, to bring his customers a feast featuring a bigger diversity of tastes!
